Cooking Classes for TwoPlease join us for Country Inn Cooking School featuring the sophisticated southern cuisine of The Inn at Meander Plantation. These two-day classes teach recipes and techniques for sumptuous, elegant, and fun meals.

Course Instructors 
Classes are led by Suzie Blanchard, executive chef/owner of the Inn, a 23 year veteran instructor, and formerly food editor of 40 suburban Chicago weekly newspapers, and David Scales and Sarah Deigl, chefs of the Inn and extremely creative and talented cooks. See instructors bios here

Program Options

  • One Day Cooking School Package: lunch, dinner, classes, and class materials: $125 per person plus taxes and gratuities.
  • Bed and Breakfast Package: lodging, meals and classes, and class materials: $850 for two persons/ $500 for one person plus taxes and gratuities. Ask your innkeeper for the great discount offered on lodging for the night before or after Cooking School.
